40Ft High Cube Refrigerated Storage Container Carrier Primeline YOM
The 40ft High Cube Refrigerated Storage Container with Carrier Primeline machinery is designed for the transport and storage of temperature-sensitive cargo. Its construction provides an additional foot of internal height compared to standard units, offering increased volume for a variety of perishable and non-perishable goods. This unit is configured for use with 3-phase power and is built to maintain consistent interior conditions for chilled or frozen commodities .
Key Features
-
Carrier Primeline Refrigeration Unit: Equipped with a Carrier Primeline system, known for its high performance and energy-efficient operation. The unit utilizes an electronic expansion valve and advanced control software to manage temperature tolerances .
-
High Cube Configuration: The 9’6″ external height provides a higher internal cubic capacity, which is suitable for stacking taller loads or maximizing storage volume within a fixed footprint .
-
Robust T-Floor Construction: Features a durable aluminum T-floor (often grade 6082 T6), designed to facilitate air circulation from the refrigeration unit throughout the cargo area and withstand heavy loading .
-
Durable Exterior and Interior: The exterior is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials such as Corten steel, while the interior lining is often made from food-grade stainless steel or aluminum to ensure hygiene and durability .
-
Low Air Leakage: Engineered with efficient door seals and sill designs to minimize air exchange, thereby reducing energy consumption and maintaining stable internal conditions .
Detailed Description
This refrigerated container is built for the rigorous demands of intermodal transport and static storage. It is manufactured to ISO standards, ensuring compatibility with global shipping, rail, and trucking systems . The Carrier Primeline unit, integrated with the container, is engineered to provide precise temperature control and consistent airflow, which is essential for preserving the quality of cargo over long distances or extended periods.
The container’s structure includes reinforced box components and durable underfloor assemblies to enhance longevity and resist operational damage . A low heat leakage value is achieved through effective insulation materials, which supports energy efficiency and temperature stability . The unit is capable of maintaining a range of temperatures suitable for various cargo types, including frozen foods, chilled produce, and controlled-environment goods.
