Detailed Description
The 40ft Multistore container transforms the standard dry freight envelope into a multi-user storage asset. It is manufactured to the same ISO specifications as a standard 40ft container, ensuring compatibility with existing transport and handling equipment . The primary modification involves the integration of steel bulkheads that divide the interior into smaller, self-contained units.
Each compartment is equipped with its own side-access door, allowing multiple users to access their specific storage area independently without disturbing adjacent spaces . The doors feature easy-open handle systems and are fitted with lockboxes to accommodate user-supplied locks. This configuration is frequently utilized in self-storage facilities to offer smaller unit sizes at ground level or elevated positions when stacked . The container retains its structural integrity for stacking, making it suitable for multi-level storage sites.
